2022 the company Toominga Tall Oü applied to PRIA for a support measure "In the framework of the investment-subsidy for diversification of economic activity in rural areas" in order to bring the dimensions of the playpen into line with international requirements (20mx60m). For the moment, we are happy to announce that the construction has reached its final stage. With the completion of the construction, Estonian equestrian sport will have a high-quality, full-size equestrian arena where both trainees and competition organizers and competitors are welcome.

Toominga Tall is an equestrian complex situated in a natural beauty spot in Harju County Anija vald, Lilli küla not far from Tallinn, that aims particularly at uniting riders interested in dressage. Training conditions are also suitable for other equestrian field enthusiasts to successfully conduct their training process.  

The stable has been created for people who are particularly interested in the wellbeing of horses combined with quality conditions for training. Convenience and wellbeing of riders has also been considered.  

The main goals of the stable are:

• Uniting equestrian-lovers who value quality and discipline;
• Creating year-round decent training conditions.
